I would say Blake Lively or Sarah Jessica Parker.
Seriously why is Gaga there? Her style is more "unique" than best dressed :P
@Yiota Yes, I would probably go for Blake Lively as well but voted for Lady Gaga in the end to support her, haha ;) I do agree with you that she is more unique dressed than best dressed though, haha :P My third choice would go for Michelle Obama I think, she is always dressed good and classy :)
