It has been 10 years ago already 9/11

I want to dedicate this blog post to the victims of 9/11 and of course to all the families who lost their loved ones. It's really tragic what happened that day.
How I remember it?
I remember coming home from school, walking into the living room and staring with wide eyes and a mouth wide open to the television screen while watching those terrible images. I really could NOT believe my eyes. Just two buildings collapse in a few seconds because of two airplanes that crashed into it. It seemed so unreal, yet unfortunately real.
I have been in NYC two years ago and of course I visited Ground Zero and I could feel a very special atmosphere over there, can't really describe it. I really couldn't imagine what had happened there.
Now, I want to share some photos I made back then when I visited Ground Zero, there was also this museum nearby which showed the history of that day.

Now, they have a beautiful monument dedicated to the victims of 9/11

As last, "Remember Me" is a very beautiful movie in my opinion which includes this terrible day

It's so sad, I was on school, I only remember that.. I was on school. When I saw the movie 9/11 I realise that I wanna visited Ground Zero when I am in America. :) Edward is so handsome.. just sayin.
Zo erg wat daar is gebeurd!
Ik vind het zo erg wat daar is gebeurd! Ik wist eigenlijk ook wel niet dat de film 'Remember Me' daarover ging... En ik heb het nooit bezocht of zelf meegemaakt omdat ik misschien twee was ^^.

Hmm heb deze film nog niet gezien (maar staat wel op lijstje van to see), wist niet dat die daarover ging of dat het erin voorkwam..
