The AMA Awards : the winners and performers

Yesterday the American Music Awards were hosted in Los Angeles, California and of course as I love watching award shows, I was also watching it live.
Who of you has seen it too and what did you think of the winners and performances and the show itself ? And were there certain celebrity looks/styles you liked ? I personally thought that the performance of Taylor Swift was really beautiful and she looked beautiful with her hair straight and the decor was amazing. Now, the winners, I think artist of the year should have gone to Lady Gaga or Eminem instead of Justin Bieber but yes they don't need awards really to show that they are great, hehe.
Oh, and it was so great to see Avril Lavigne on the red carpet and presenting the alternative rock award together with Mike Posner (the winner was by the way Muse).

PS : I think Avril Lavigne looked great, especially her nails with leopard print on it ! And her shoes were awesome too I find. Underneath you can find some photos of her shoes, nails and herself. What did you think of Avril's look ? Or is there another look you liked ?

Christina really deserved a Standing ovation. Hello?! Rihanna got one and Christina's performance was way better.

@Brigitte I also liked Christina's performance better than the performance of Rihanna. Christina Aguilera has always been one of my favourite singers by the way :)
