I'm seeing Marco Borsato live tomorrow!

People who don't live in The Nethelands or Belgium might not know Marco Borsato but anyway, I'm seeing him last minute tomorrow in Belgium! Someone in my family had gotten tickets for his show because of someone's birthday but that is cancelled now so she had to get rid off the tickets somehow, she herself didn't want go because it's not really her thing. As I like his music for about 10 years now I asked her how much she asked for it and we got a reasonable good price for it. I'm glad that I can finally experience how Marco Borsato will be live. I have heard he is really good live. It's something else than the concerts I usually go to (read: Avril Lavigne, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift ...). Wonder how a Dutch concert will be like, hehe.
The first song I really liked of him was "Dromen zijn bedrog" and after there were lots of other songs I liked.

"Wereld zonder jou", another big favourite of mine:

The song "Zij" is so beautiful and romantic, he has so many romantic and sweet songs. I guess that's because he is half Italian like he once said, hehe.

And then the most recent song from his most recent album "Dromen, Durven, Delen", it's called "Dichtbij":

Any of you guys who like his music as well and/or have ever seen him live? If you have seen him live before, how was he?

Xoxo

Ohhh Im a bit late for the comment but I would have liked to be on his concert too! Im not belgian, you know, Im peruvian and living here per almost two years, but the music in dutch in fact "conquered" me :D And Borsato y Clouseau are some of my favorites!! More than that, today I posted in my FB the most recent song from Marco "Waterkant" -if you like love songs, this is amazing!!!- and the last one from Clouseau -before their separation- "Gek op Jou"... I hope you really enjoyed the concert...

Kisses!!!

Yes dear Lisa, I am peruvian but I live here for "love" to my love since almost two years ago :) It is an interesting adventure day by day. And yes, Im in love with some groups and singers from Belgium and Holland. In fact, I like music very much in general, all kinds of, and my almost husband too, so he has taught me how to appreciate music in dutch and I am very thankful for it... :)

And besides it, listening to music in dutch helps me to learn the language (besides my daily classes) ;)

Kisses and thank very much for your lovely answer...

Wow, so you know what is that about eh dear? Yes, it is as I said before, an adventure, but I really like Flanders, now I feel more at home than in the beggining, even if I am still getting used to some things, this country has also "conquered" me :) And people is very nice -like you- so I could not ask for more... :)

Mijn nederlands is niet zo goed, maar Ik probeer mijn best te doen... :)

Kisses!!! and Dank je wel Lisa!!
